How to Rapid-Cool Your Beans
- Position the ICOSONICOF coffee bean cooler on a flat kitchen countertop near your roaster and connect the UK 3-pin plug.
- Immediately upon completing your roast cycle, dump the hot beans directly into the upper stainless steel perforated cooling screen.
- Switch on the active cooling unit. Gently stir or agitate the beans with a wooden spoon for 60-90 seconds.
- Once beans reach room temperature and chaff has settled in the lower catch tray, turn off the switch and pour cooled beans into an airtight degassing valve bag.
- Lift off the top tray to empty the collected chaff into your garden compost or bin.
